  Workshop on getting ideas of Unified Enterprises Law and the Opening Ceremony of Arbitrator Center in Can Tho city  
 

On June 8, 2005 the workshop on ideas of Unified Enterprises Law kicked off by VCCI Can Tho, National Economics Research Institution and VIE01/025 project.



  
 

The participants includes representatives of Committee of Unified Enterprises Law Editors, agencies concerned, specialists and entreprenuers in the region.

 

At present the Government is going to have Unified Enterprises Law which applied to investors, enterprises. The law would consist of contents related to the Enterprise Law of the year 1999, foreign-invested law and state-owned law. The project of this law have a important effect on Vietnam investment and trade environment in coming time, it is also a step of Vietnam integration into WTO regulations.

 

On this occasion, Vietnam International Arbitrator Center will see the opening ceremony of its branch in Can Tho city.
