On July 18-22, 2005, VCCI Can Tho, GTZ and MDF organised a course on institutional development and organisational strengthening (IDOS). There were 25 participants from the Mekong Delta provinces.

On July 18-22, 2005, VCCI Can Tho, GTZ and MDF organised a course on institutional development and organisational strengthening (IDOS). There were 25 participants from the Mekong Delta provinces.
The agenda consists of major questions needed to be solved in the localities of specific industries and using tools as institutional map to anylise the industries. Besides, it also includes input and output factors, environment check tool, map of start-up business registration, integrated map of organisation analysing etc. Through the course it brings experience of actors in institution and organisation strengthening to the participants and they can apply it into the practice. |
