Small and Medium Enterprises Supporting Center, which is directly under Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Can Tho Branch, is officially established according to the Decision No. 657/PTM-TCCB in December, 27 1997 by chairman of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry after 3 years implemeting of SME Support Program. |

Functions and Duties |

Some main functions of SME are to support private enterprises regarding of establishment and development through consulting, business promotion, business development service supply activities, coordinating with international organisations of Small and Medium Enterpirses supporting projects. |

Content of Activities |

| |
1. Offering consultances of professional and legal issues for business, parner investigation, information as required.
2. Training in ICT, designing website, web-hosting, consulting
ICT
3. Training in finance, accounting, tax
4. Arranging to test Business Development Service supply program (BDS)
5. Arranging entreprises delegation for business exchanges, market researches, trade promotion inside and outside the country.
6. Coordinating international organisations to implement Small and Medium Enterprises Support Projects. |
